DR. Richard Nicholson

Sr. Organizational Psychologist

Dr. Richard Nicholson is a Sr. Organizational Psychologist at The Boeing Company specializing in transforming high performance work organizations, culture change and leadership development. He conducts workshops and has presented his work internationally.

He is Co-founder of International Life Planning, LLC. known as Operation Legacy, which coaches and trains individuals to transition their lives to the next level of purpose, meaning and happiness. He is co-author of the transition books "Operation Legacy", "The Reboot Survival Guide", and the biblically based "Light To My Path".

Operation Legacy is also partnered with The National Veterans Transition Services, Inc. which provides Reboot Workshops to help veteran men and women transition from military to civilian life, and The Living Tree Foundation. The Reboot workshops have been honored by the White House Champions of Change program.

Rich is an Elder at Grace Community Church in Seal Beach. He has earned a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Dr. Nicholson lives in Long Beach, CA, and has two adult children.
